  We live in a world that is fast-changing and everything right from dating to religious functions has shifted online. So, I shall take the liberty to say that most of our time is spent looking at the screens of all these technological gadgets. While this may be a boon in many ways there are also certain dangers that come with it. These can take over your life and you won’t even realize why you feel so tired and mentally exhausted day in and day out. How many times have you heard that social media and Netflix are making you unproductive or destroying your mental and emotional health? While part of that may be true it isn’t entirely correct to blame any platform because the content shared on it is ultimately created by humans. So where does that leave us?
